How it works in practice
A booking comes in and the front desk creates the reservation in under a minute — the room appears on Stay View immediately. On arrival, one click checks the guest in. Every restaurant order charged to the room lands on the same folio, and at check-out the guest gets one clear bill. Anything unpaid moves to receivables automatically, so nothing leaks between the front desk and the accounts office.

What is a guest folio?
A guest folio is the running bill for a stay. In Anli, the room charge, restaurant orders charged to the room and any extras all post to one folio, and the guest balance is calculated from that single record — at reception, in the restaurant and in accounts.
Can Anli handle group bookings?
Yes. Anli Front Office creates group reservations with a room and a bill for every guest, and under Group Billing all deposits and charges consolidate onto a master folio held by the group’s master guest, so the group settles once.
Does Front Office work for shortlets and serviced apartments?
Yes. Shortlets use the same reservations, Stay View calendar and guest folios, and pair them with iCal Channel Sync to keep external booking calendars aligned.
Can several staff use the front desk at once?
Yes. Anli is cloud-based and role-based: front-desk agents, supervisors and managers each sign in with their own access and work on the same live data.
