How it works in practice
A waiter takes an order at Table 6; the kitchen display fires the mains and the bar display fires the drinks. The guests are staying in Room 204, so the bill is charged to the room and appears on their folio at the front desk instantly. At check-out they see one bill — room and restaurant together — and the restaurant’s sales report for the shift already matches the front-desk numbers.

Can restaurant bills be charged to a guest’s room?
Yes. With Anli POS, any order can be posted to a room, and the charge lands on that guest’s folio in Front Office immediately, so the guest settles room and restaurant charges in one bill at check-out.
Does Anli POS work for a standalone restaurant with no hotel?
Yes. The POS runs table service, take-away and delivery on its own, with inventory and accounting behind it. Charge-to-room simply stays unused until you connect it to a property.
How do kitchen and bar orders work?
Orders taken at the POS are routed to kitchen and bar order displays (KOT), so each station sees only its own items, in order, as they are placed.
