How it works in practice
The owner opens Anli with morning coffee — in Lagos, London or anywhere. Occupancy is 82.5% with ADR and RevPAR beside it; today’s revenue shows rooms and F&B separately. An alert flags that restaurant revenue is tracking below its usual Thursday baseline, and the activity feed shows why: two large tables voided at lunch. One call later, it is handled — the same day, not at month end.

What are ADR and RevPAR?
ADR (average daily rate) is room revenue divided by rooms sold. RevPAR (revenue per available room) is room revenue divided by all available rooms, sold or not — it combines occupancy and rate into the single number owners watch most. Anli calculates both live on the Owner Dashboard.
Can an owner see several hotels in one dashboard?
Yes. Anli supports multi-property management: owners switch between properties or view the group in the Owner Dashboard, with each property’s occupancy, rate and revenue kept distinct.
How current are the Owner Dashboard numbers?
